The store
This site sells JLX hazardous-location LED fixtures in quantities of 1–20 per line. Fixtures come in more than one wattage; price is for the wattage you pick. Specs, quotes, and facility projects are not sold here; those go to getjlx.com.
Prices can change. We may limit quantities, refuse an order, or cancel an order that appears to be placed by a dealer or reseller. If we change or cancel an order, we will try to reach you at the email, address, or phone on the order.
Product colors on a screen may not match the fixture. Ratings and listings on a product page apply only to that product.
Orders and payment
Payment is taken on Shopify’s hosted checkout. We do not store card numbers on this site. Credit card data is encrypted in transit on Shopify’s checkout.
You agree to give current, complete purchase information.
Shipping, returns, warranty
Shipping, lead times, returns, and the 5-year manufacturer warranty are the shipping and returns pages, not this page.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site for an illegal purpose, to transmit malware, or to interfere with the service. We may refuse service or terminate access for a breach.
Disclaimer
The site and the fixtures are provided as available. Except where the returns page or the 5-year manufacturer warranty says otherwise, we do not make extra promises about uninterrupted service or that a fixture will meet a use we have not specified. Some states do not allow certain liability limits; in those states our liability is limited to the maximum the law allows.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after a post is acceptance of the change.
